All products sold on Excel Bookkeeping Template are digital products delivered electronically.

Digital Product Sales

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge that the product is supplied immediately after purchase and that you lose any applicable cancellation rights once the download or access process has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, the download has started, or the product has been delivered electronically.

Exceptions

We may offer assistance, replacement files, or a reasonable resolution if:

• You receive the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or incomplete
• You cannot access your download due to a verified technical issue on our side

We reserve the right to investigate claims to prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorised chargeback activity.

Compatibility

Our templates are designed and tested for use with the desktop version of Microsoft Excel 365 unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Compatibility with older Excel versions, browser-based Excel (Excel Online), Google Sheets, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, mobile apps, or other spreadsheet software is not guaranteed.

Some advanced features, formulas, formatting, macros, automation, or functionality may not operate correctly outside the supported Microsoft Excel desktop environment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software before purchase.
